BootCamp's (AM & PM options)
Whether you like a morning or a evening workout we have a bootcamp style class at either end of the day.

BOX45AM is a 45 minute class every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. These are high intensity 45 minute boxing themed circuits, using strength and conditioning techniques, cardio & strength training to ensure every session is a full body workout designed to burn fat and build strength. These sessions are run by Justin (a highly qualified fitness coach) and form part of a block of classes, depending on the month its either a 4 or 5 week course. Because of the way the classes are set up you work at your own pace, they are challenging but suitable for all fitness levels.

Fit2Fight AM BoxCamp - Our other AM bootcamp is Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6am. Again, they are high intensity circuits with plenty of bag work, run by Kate a keen martial arts competitor and PT, she'll make sure you maximise your potential in these bi-weekly sessions. These classes are definitely suitable for all levels and have a fun theme, good tunes and atmosphere to match!

BOX45PM - Justin handles the PM bootcamp classes with a 2 day option running Tuesday & Thursday at 17:45. These classes are brilliant to work off your day at work! Again, they are high intensity boxing themed circuits designed to give you a full body workout. You can sign up to individual sessions, this is not run as a course, so offers the ultimate in flexibiltiy for those with a busy schedule! Suitable for all fitness levels, watch your endurance grow with Justin's unique classes.

DeadlyDozen Training - BOX Andover is an official Dealy Dozen affiliate and you can train for their nationwide and international events with us! Even if you're not doing an event, this training is awesome. The Deadly Dozen race format includes 12 labours (exercises) and 12 cardio stations (running/Skierg/Rowing Machine), its a tough and challenging event, we train for it in these individual hour long sessions and watch out for our special race days. These sessions are run by Justin and he will ensure you go as far as possible in each session.

BOXRox - The worldwide phenomenon of Hybrid fitness events is replicated in these weekend sessions with our own unique twist. The fundamentals of generic dynamic movement have always had a position in our gym, this just brings it all together! Run by Hyrox athlete and PT Sam Cook, he puts together a pretty much non stop class of cardio and strength work that will leave you feeling ready to start your weekend in the right way! These classes are 7am - 8am every Saturday, no boxing in these classes!

You will need boxing gloves for all of these classes (except the BOXRox sessions) available to purchase at our online store. We recommend you wear what you feel comfortable to work out in, bring a water bottle (cold water available from our fountain), a decent pair of training shoes and perhaps a sweat towel if necessary. Junior Boxing Programme
(10-16 years)
​​Every Monday we have a full evening of Junior Boxing. We run a 6 week course for 10-16 year olds, this course has 3 levels (each course lasts 6 weeks)
​
We put the juniors through a funsystem of learning the art of boxing which is proven to increase coordination and confidence, the physical benefits are obvious and all sessions are fully non contact.
​
We have qualified England Boxing coaches on hand to teach the students and each course that's succesfully completed gives the reward of a medal and certificate.
​
We want to promote a healthy living lifestyle and for the students to learn the history of boxing also. You can sign up to these class online in the Book Now section, please note that to complete a course you must attend all 6 sessions.

We provide gloves and all other required equipment, however, you may want to purchase a set of gloves for the student once the interest has been clarified. Our online shop sells gloves. All that is required is clothes that are comfortable to work out in, a water bottle and a pair of training shoes and we can get going!

Open Gym
Our Open Gym is open to all! Running on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday each week. We have a full size training ring, more than 10 bags for general use, weights and mats available for S&C training and we will always have at least two England Boxing qualified coaches on site during these sessions.

Sparring is available on Monday nights only currently (medical pending). Pad work with coaches is available on all nights. The Open Gym sessions are loosely structured, but if you need help or a programme to follow please just ask. If you want to learn to box and are older than 16, this is your class! All ages are welcome, all classes are mixed.
